Before submitting, add update@healthsectorscans.co.za to your safe senders list (sometimes called a whitelist). If you use a work email address, ask your IT team to whitelist this address so that our emails can reach your inbox.

Haven’t received the email? Allow a few minutes for delivery, then check your spam or junk folder. If it is there, mark it as “Not spam” or “Not junk”. If it still hasn’t arrived, ask your IT team to check whether it has been blocked or quarantined.
