A subscription runs for one year. You can pay for that year in two instalments, or in a single payment. The prices below exclude VAT. VAT is added to each payment.
Six-monthly subscription: R23 900 plus VAT
The six-monthly price is R23 900 plus VAT, paid twice during the year.
This option is a one-year commitment. The first payment of R23 900 plus VAT is due when the subscription starts. The second payment, also R23 900 plus VAT, is due six months later. Both payments belong to the same year. For example, a subscription that starts in January has a second payment in July, and those two payments together cover the year through to the following January.
Over the full year, the two payments come to R47 800 plus VAT.
Annual subscription: R39 900 plus VAT
The annual price is R39 900 plus VAT, paid once for the year.
One payment covers the full twelve months. There is no second payment during that year. On the prices above, the annual subscription is R7 900 plus VAT less than the two six-monthly payments:
- Two six-monthly payments: R23 900 × 2 = R47 800 plus VAT
- One annual payment: R39 900 plus VAT
- Difference: R7 900 plus VAT
Because VAT is added to the amount you pay, the VAT on the annual subscription is also lower than the VAT on the two six-monthly payments.
Renewing so your account and access continue
The subscription lasts for one year, whether you pay six-monthly or annually. At the end of that year, take out the subscription again to keep your account active and to retain access to the information.
Renewal is yearly. If you are on the six-monthly option, you still renew once a year, and you then make the two payments for the new year. If you are on the annual option, you make one payment for the new year.
Access continues for as long as the subscription is current. When the paid year ends and the subscription has not been renewed, access to the information ends with it.
